Our agents are licensed by the state of Wisconsin and are proficient in a variety of disciplines, such as:

We formally coach our agents in communication skills and soft skills, in addition to providing plenty of resources on the subject.

The appropriate use of intermediate force techniques such as escort holds, handcuffing, hand to hand techniques, baton techniques and the use of less than lethal force such as OC spray and TASERs.

The use of firearms in the application of deadly force.

All of our agents are ASP and DAAT certified: (Armament Systems and Procedures, Defense And Arrest Tactics, respectively).

We require our agents to attend regular refresher training, regardless of the weather conditions and to carry a traumatic injury first kit.
